Conditions Treated With VSEL Therapy

To slow the progression of auto immune diseases that VSELs are extremely anti-inflammatory and also help regulate the immune system to keep the body from attacking itself. For genetic conditions, it appears that infusing a VSEL into a region of genetically damaged cells can repopulate the area with healthy cells. One of our colleagues is in the midst of publishing a series of 4 family members with Huntington disease who have had dramatic improvements. With degenerative diseases we can get organs to regenerate with young healthy tissue which functions better than old diseased tissue. We also have a tremendous amount of experience in treating both upper cervical and lower back issues and are seeing significant improvement in patient’s pain and nerve injury.

Putting young healthy cells in an area helps to regenerate an organ or tissue thus the organ or tissue will function better. For example we are seeing with treatment of the pancreas that diabetic patients are experiencing lower blood sugars and also we are seeing improvements in cardiac output in patients with heart failure.

It’s too early in the discovery process and any newer therapy in medicine takes decades before it becomes accepted as a cure.  That said, we are seeing extraordinary outcomes across a wide range of conditions when treating them with VSEL Therapy.

Optimizing the body thru proper supplements and diet and reducing alcohol and stop smoking give the body a better environment for healing.

This is a broad question and it determines what is wrong with the patient. For so many of our patients who have chronic pain we look to eliminate that that pain. For patients like myself that want to stay as young and healthy as possible patients notice anything from improvements in energy and strength, concentration, sex drive and an overall sense of calmness. Many will also notice improvements in sleep.

Like any other procedure this is discussed in a consultation and patients need to understand that while our outcomes have been excellent these procedures have not been studied in large cohorts.

The amount of time for a patient to experience results could be anywhere from immediate to 3 months later and that benefit can be maintained for years but some conditions can require more frequent treatment requiring follow ups to maintain optimal outcomes. Because I personally have experienced such a good result from treatment, I continue to perform the procedures on myself to maintain optimum health as I want to stay as biologically well and young as possible.

Patients who smoke, drink excessively or take steroids can have a blunted effect of treatment. We believe this can harm the VSELs as also extreme hot and cold may also retard VSEL proliferation to heal tissues.

The song laser can be used to drive VSELs to the substantia nigra, an area of the brain that degenerates in Parkinson’s. Rebuilding these cells in the substantia nigra can help patients with motor function, freezing and fatigue.

Regeneration of cells in the frontal hippocampus can help with memory, mood and affect.

Yes, we have used this therapy a small group of patients and they benefit in movement and strength.

If we targeted the areas that have been affected by the stroke, it is possible to regain some of the neurological function lost in the stroke, and therefore patients can have an easier time with communicating if there was aphasia or in walking and moving if the affected area impaired motor function.

Not that we are currently aware of.

No large trials have been performed to date but we have seen some improvement in most of our patients. Obviously more severe patients require more aggressive treatment.

 Yes. A small study done by Dr. Todd Ovokaitys showed significant improvement in patients with heart failure and several of these patients were able to be taken off of the transplant list and lived much longer than expected considering their condition.

We have treated more patients with Type 2 diabetes and usually see reductions in HgA1c levels in most which means a reduction in the 3 month average sugar level.

We are not completely sure but it is likely a combination of a reduction in inflammation and insulin resistance in addition to a better production of insulin.

Less shortness of breath, better energy and exercise tolerance.

Since nerves are quite difficult to regenerate, VSELs can be used for nerve regeneration and reduce the symptoms of peripheral neuropathy.

Yes we have used it for COPD and drug-resistant infections and have seen patients have dramatic improvement where some have not needed to use supplemental oxygen. We also have seen a reduction in sputum, cough and the feeling of dyspnea.

We have seen good progress in patients with copd, asthma and also in those with post COVID respiratory symptoms.

 Not that we are currently aware of.

It can be used as a complimentary therapy but for optimal results it would be worthwhile if a patient could be off steroids.

We have seen patients have significant improvement in their vision in macular degeneration and patients have improved their visual field testing. Several patients have also noted an reduction in floaters.

We believe it is helpful but large studies have not been performed. The SONG laser VSEL therapy is being investigated by NASA as a treatment for macular edema (swelling in the eye) that occurs from space travel.

We believe it can help regenerate the neural retina.

We have only seen improvement in vision.

We have seen results in improved vision almost immediately in some but also have seen a legally blind woman be able to read three lines of the eye chart in only 6 weeks.

With post COVID syndrome we believe that there is a significant reduction in inflammation that the VSELs provide and they also can help regenerate areas damaged by COVID. For fluoroquinalone toxicity we believe regenerating cells in damaged areas of the body can help these patients recover their function.

Yes it can in two major ways. Injections of VSELs are given into the cervicocranial junction around C1-2 to stabilize the cervical spine and also the SONG laser can be used to treat the brain and brainstem. We have seen good recovery in our patients who have suffered from long term post-concussion and cervicocranial syndromes.

Fatigue, brain fog, muscle aches, shortness of breath have all improved in the patients we have treated.

Since post COVID syndrome is the most common infection that produces long term complications this is what we have had the most experience treating. We also have used the therapy for patients with shingles.

Somehow we see a modulation of the immune system and also a reduction in inflammation. Some of our patients have been able to completely stop their medications in a variety of cases from rheumatoid and inflammatory arthritis to Lupus to eczema.

We have some experience with these conditions but there are no large studies to look at the percentage of patients that improve.

We have seen patients reduce or eliminate their medication in several cases.

A general reduction in autoimmune inflammation.

Theoretically AVN patients should have improvements but it is not clear if the bone would need to be directly injected. As for TMJ and Ernest Syndrome rebuilding of the damaged and weak areas has been effective in helping our patients.

Direct injection of VSELs into damaged ligaments, tendons and joint capsules can help the regenerate their damage and reduce or eliminate chronic pain and restore joint function which can allow a patient to get back to doing what they love most.

We have used it as such and have seen good symptom improvement but larger studies need to see exactly how much cartilage regeneration we can expect.

PCOS could be improved by better ovarian function and a reduction in insulin resistance where a direct improvement in ovarian function and egg quality can help patients with infertility. We have seen some patients who have struggled with fertility issues become pregnant shortly after treatment.

Treating the pituitary gland helps the brain stimulate the hormones that make the testicules secrete testosterone and the testicles are also directly treated to improve their health.

A general improvement in all hormones.

VSEL Therapy should help in reproductive issues for both the male and female.

Yes a reduction in systemic inflammation provided by VSEL can be very helpful in treating both of these skin conditions.

Yes it can help to reduce hair loss, thicken hair and reduce bald areas in some cases.

Placing these cells directly into the skin rejuvenates it and makes the skin tighter and smoother with less wrinkles.

If the skin is injected a patron could have a temporary bruise but with any injection side effects are minimized when performed by a skilled practitioner.

It should help reduce the inflammation and autoimmune response. Theoretically restoring pancreatic tissue could help with insulin production.

Generally similar protocols can be used in a similar fashion as adult treatment.

We do not know at this point if it would enhance development.

We have used this in patients with both conditions and have seen improvement in urine flow. In female patients we see improvement in urine leakage.

We do not know the exact mechanism but perhaps from a reduction of inflammation.
