New Hope for Radiculopathy Patients: Dr. Scott Greenberg Publishes New Study on the SONG Laser Protocol

We are excited to share new research about the SONG Laser Protocol, a cutting edge stem cell activation method, and its applications in treating Radiculopathy. This research was conducted by Dr. Scott Greenberg and Dr. Todd Ovokaitys, the inventor of the technology used in this treatment, and their innovative approach could offer new hope for those suffering from this painful condition.

What is Radiculopathy?

Radiculopathy is a condition where nerves in the spine are irritated or compressed, often causing pain, weakness, and numbness that can radiate down the arms or legs. The pain caused by radiculopathy can be debilitating and have broad impacts on quality of life for those suffering from it. It’s commonly treated with medications, physical therapy, and sometimes surgery, but these treatments don’t always provide lasting relief.

The SONG Laser Protocol: A New Approach

Dr. Greenberg’s new study, published in the International Journal of Stem Cells and Medicine, focuses on a patient with severe radiculopathy who had already tried other treatments without success. Using the SONG Laser Protocol, Dr. Greenberg and his team saw incredible results. The patient experienced an 85% reduction in pain and regained strength in her arm and hand—without surgery!  Relief came on quickly, and continued to improve over time.

The SONG Laser Protocol works by using a laser to activate Very Small Embryonic-Like (VSEL) stem cells in the patient’s blood. These stem cells are mixed with PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) and injected into the problem area, helping the body heal itself in a natural way.

What’s Next?

While this research is in its early stages, the results are extremely promising. Dr. Greenberg and Dr. Todd Ovokaitys are planning future studies to explore how this treatment can help more people with radiculopathy. It may present a safe, effective alternative for many patients as VSEL therapy is considered low-risk and offers a non-invasive alternative to traditional options like steroid injections or surgery.
